Update on Men's WildCards

The Men’s Irish Hockey League wildcards date which was scheduled for the weekend of 14th – 16th May has now been moved back to the original date of the 7th – 9th May. While this weekend now also features the Men’s & Women’s Irish Senior Cup (9th), the Men’s wildcard match on the Sunday will be scheduled to ensure everyone can attend all three matches should they wish to do so. The venue will be confirmed within the next few days.
The decision to revert to the original date of 7th-9th May is that at this stage we cannot eliminate the possibility of a team qualifying for both the Wildcards and the Finals Weekend - and it would be too late to make the decision after Round 5 which does not take place until May 1st.
