Ambition - To enjoy my life, and to make new friends at all ages and take advantage of every opportunity.
Year of joining NYP - 2008
Reason for joining the NYP - It is a good oportunity to learn from others, share experiances with new people from all over Ireland and generally promote hockey as a great sport that can be enjoyed socially and at a high playing level.
During my time on the NYP I want to... achieve the established role of the NYP as an important part of Irish Hockey. I would like to contibute new ideas and work with others to define a place for the NYP that ensures constructive work together, to learn and contibute to the development of Hockey all over Ireland.

Best Hockey Memory – Representing Ireland at the World Youth Hockey Promoters Festival in Victoria, Canada last year. The whole experience was amazing. I met people from all around the world and learned so much from the festival. We had coaching and umpiring workshops and watched the Olympic qualifiers everyday.
Ambition – Next year I want to go to college to train as a primary school teacher.

Reason for joining the NYP: After my trip to Canada I wanted to become more involved and help to give youth a voice in the IHA.
During my time on the NYP... I want to become a link between the young people in my club and other young people around the country and the IHA.

Best Hockey Memory: Accompanying the U14 teams in my club to Cheltenham over Easter 2010... :)
Ambition: To do well next year in the leaving cert and go on to college in UCC!

Reason for joining the NYP: To promote hockey with the youth within the club and school and try to get more of them involved in the sport and with the club!
During my time on the NYP...I want to help organise more tournaments for the U12's aswell as promoting hockey in non-hockey schools in Ireland to try and get it to become a bigger sport!

Reason for joining the NYP: Totally obsessed with hockey and this was another area of the sport I could get into plus I love meeting new people!
During my time on the NYP... I want to achieve as much as possible!! I would love to see hockey one day getting the same publicity as many of the other sports !!! Also, I would love to help develpo the underage leagues a bit more especially in Cork!!!!

During my time on the NYP, I want to achieve …… a better understanding of the sport, so there may be the possibility of setting up a club in Sligo for over 16 year old boys.
